The Bakeout with Frank “The Legend” Shamrock. Frank is an American mixed martial artist (retired), entrepreneur, motivational speaker and philanthropist. Shamrock was the 1st to hold the UFC Middleweight Championship and retired as the 4-time defending undefeated champion and the #1 ranked UFC fighter in the world during his reign. He was named “Fighter of the Decade” for the 1990’s & holds the world record for the fastest knockout (14 seconds). Frank has been sharing stories of his journey on stage, in television and at private/corporate events for over 2 decades now.

The mission of the show is to provide content that will “uplift, unite, educate, challenge, and encourage viewers in a manner consistent with the teachings of the healing powers of cannabis.” In a Facebook post on December 24th, the show revealed that Shamrock used medical cannabis to treat his injuries resulting from 16 years of mixed-martial-arts and competitive fighting. After retiring undefeated as UFC Middleweight Champion, Shamrock has worked as a consultant, written books, acted in movies, and hosted television shows. He also runs an organization dedicated to helping at-risk youth.
