Allowing Medical Marijuana at School

Allowing Medical Marijuana at School as Vivian McPeak is joined by John Barclay, father of River Barclay, a 7-year-old Aberdeen, Washington girl who suffers from an untraceable form of unspecified epilepsy.

River is a 7 year old girl currently living in Aberdeen, Washington. River has an untraceable form of unspecified epilepsy that causes Grand Mal seizures. John is now sponsoring Washington State House Bill 1060, that would require school districts to permit a student who meets the nine requirements needed to be a medical marijuana user to consume marijuana for medical purposes on school grounds, aboard a school bus or during a school sponsored event. It would allow parents to administer CBD to children effectively.
