Nurse Heather Manus Named Activist of the Year

Cannabis Radio’s own Nurse Heather Manus was named Activist of the Year at the 2015 Cannabis Business Awards last night in Denver, Colorado. Nurse Heather has had a busy year,  providing cannabis industry consulting assistance in Colorado, Massachusetts, Florida, New Mexico, California, Nevada, Arizona, Hawaii, and U.S. Virgin Islands.

Cannabis Radio is honored to have such a hard working leader in the cannabis industry hosting a show on the network,

In addition to advising, consulting, teaching, and speaking, Heather also founded the
Arizona Cannabis Nurses Association, which was responsible for the addition of PTSD as a debilitating condition under Arizona’s Medical Marijuana Act. As well as, recently petitioning to add eight new conditions in AZ including: Traumatic Brain Injury, Autism, Arthritis, Parkinson’s disease, Huntington’s disease, Neuropathy, Tourette syndrome, and Diabetes,” the Cannabis Nurses Magazine notes.

Nurse Heather Manus is a graduate of the University of Arizona.
